The Cuyahoga County Cadet Sguadron is composed primarily of cadets, with almost all of the seniors assisting in that area.

Capt Olschlager is a retired Nevada State Police Lieutenant, Southern Command (Las Vegas)
Capt Olschlager is a Traffic, Commercial, Public Information, and Executive Officer.
Former CAP Cadet 1973 -1976, Parma Cadet Squadron (403) Squadron
Capt Olschlager was the CAP Commander of the Nellis Cadet Squadron (Nevada; 2000-2002) and is commander of the Cuyahoga County Cadet Squadron (2019 - Present)
