Encampment Updates

Provided below are updates about the Ohio Wing cadet encampment.

Alternate Graduation Location Announced

Due to inclement weather forecast for Saturday, June 14^th, the encampment graduation will be held indoors at the Wright State University Student Union. Due to space constraints, each squadron will graduate separately in the same location.

Graduation will be held from 10am to 11am in the Apollo Room in the Union Building.  Parking for the Union is in Lots 1, 1A or 2, with overflow parking in Lot 4.

Squadrons will graduate at the following times:

• 10:00am to 10:15am is the Training & Support Squadron, which includes all Advanced Training (Aerospace & Career Exploration) and Cadet Support Staff.
• 10:15am to 10:30am is the 1^st Cadet Training Squadron (CTS) (Alpha flight thru Delta flight)
• 10:30am to 10:45am is 7^th CTS (Echo flight thru Hotel flight)
• 10:45am to 11:00am is 14^th CTS (India flight thru Lima flight)

Encampment out processing will follow immediately after each squadron’s graduation in the Union Building.

Families may depart immediately following their cadet’s out processing.

• Use this form to send your cadet a short note of encouragement during the week. Messages received by noon will be distributed that day. Please limit messages to one per day, as we have limited staff to print & distribute!
