The Columbus Composite Squadron is comprised of both senior and cadet members, conducting both the senior program and cadet program.

The focus of OH-139 is to teach the CAP core values of Integrity, Volunteer Service, Excellence, and Respect in conjunction with Character Development, Leadership, Emergency Services, Physical Fitness, and Aerospace activities. The squadron is advancing their capabilities in Emergency Services and Aerospace Education.

Squadron Commander Bio

Maj Brent I. Snyder has been in CAP since 2009. He serves the citizens of Columbus as a supervisor over the aviation section.

Maj Snyder is a father of a former cadet and has a long history of supporting cadet programs including attending National Blue Beret every year since 2013.

Maj Snyder also serves the as the Assistant Cadet Special Activities Officer for Air Operations.
