The Flag City Composite Squadron is comprised of both senior and cadet members, conducting both the senior program and cadet program.

Squadron Commander Bio
FO Benjamin Petterborg is a former CAP cadet, joining in 2019. FO Petterborg has experience in emergency services, and holds ICS-300 and -400 certificates, in addition to being a communications unit leader, ground team member, and mission scanner.
