The Lorain County Composite Squadron is comprised of both senior and cadet members, conducting both the senior program and cadet program.

The focus of OH-003 is cadet activities to include Character Development, Leadership, Emergency Services, Physical Fitness, and Aerospace activities. Senior activities include emergency services, recruiting and retention, cadet programs and professional development.
